When we returned to the office to have it fixed the next day on Wednesday , they were actually closing at 3:00 PM. However, Star went above and beyond to help us. Because we were scheduled to be out of town from Wednesday night through Sunday, Star kindly stayed and waited an additional 40 minutes so she could repair the bracket before we left. I truly appreciated her willingness to accommodate our schedule, especially knowing she also needed to leave to pick up her own son from school. That level of care and customer service means so much.
